Replacement Hot Tub Covers for Beachcomber Spas

Replacing the cover on your Beachcomber spa? We build premium replacement covers for every Beachcomber model, designed and built in Ontario, by Canadians, for the same Canadian climate Beachcomber engineers their spas for. No “starting at” tricks, no upsell traps. One honest price.

Common Beachcomber Models We Cover

Beachcomber Hot Tubs (made in British Columbia since 1978) offers the 300 Series (entry-level), 500 Series (mid-range), and the Hybrid line (premium). We build covers for every model in current and recent production.

  • 300 Series (320, 340, 360, 380), typical sizes 78″–86″
  • 500 Series (540, 550, 570, 580), typical sizes 80″–90″
  • Hybrid line (700, 720, 740, 760), typical sizes 84″–91″
  • Compact & older models, typical sizes 76″–84″

Not sure of your exact model? It’s usually printed on a sticker inside the equipment compartment, or molded into the shell underneath the headrests. Our team will help you confirm.

How to Measure Your Beachcomber Cover

For an accurate fit, you’ll need three measurements:

  1. Length × Width: Measure the outside-to-outside dimensions of your current cover (or the top edge of your spa, lip to lip).
  2. Corner Radius: Beachcomber spas commonly use a 9-inch corner radius across most of their lineup, which is a less common spec, confirming this is important. Place a carpenter’s square against one corner and measure the gap between the square and the curve.
  3. Skirt Length: Standard is 5 inches. Measure from the cover edge to where you want the skirt to end (the bottom of your spa shell or the deck/ground).
