A few winters back, we walked into a friend’s backyard for a soak and found something that’s become a familiar sight across Canada: a hot tub cover that had given up. Waterlogged. Ripped at one seam. Sagging so badly that snow was pooling on top instead of sliding off.
He’d paid over $1,000 for that cover three winters earlier.
We started asking around, and the themes were consistent: covers that didn’t quite fit, advertised prices that grew at checkout, and “heavy-duty” products that didn’t hold up to Canadian winters.
We thought we could do better.

Every cover comes with the premium materials and features included: heavy-duty marine-grade vinyl or DuraTex, a high-density EPS foam core, a sealed vapor barrier, reinforced double-stitched seams and a full-perimeter skirt. There is no upgrade menu at checkout.
