How the Custom Cover Concierge Works

- We confirm every spec in writing. Someone from our team reviews your numbers, flags anything that looks off, and confirms length, width, corner radius, skirt, and colour with you before anything is cut.
- Production takes 2-3 weeks from confirmed specs. Built in Ontario with the same materials as every Imperium cover: 30oz marine-grade vinyl, high-density EPS foam, a heat-sealed vapor barrier, and double-stitched seams.
- Freight delivery to your door. Free across most of Canada, tracking included. Deliveries are curbside, so plan a second set of hands.
What Drives a Custom Quote?
Custom covers are quoted individually because size, corner radius, skirt length, and shape decide the material and labour in the build. Larger footprints, unusual radii, and non-square shells cost more to make. Whatever the number is, it includes the full spec — foam, vinyl, vapor barrier, straps, and the 3-year non-prorated warranty — with no upgrade fees after the fact.

How long does a custom cover take?
About 2-3 weeks in production from the day we confirm your measurements in writing, plus freight transit of roughly 2-10 business days depending on your region.
Is the warranty the same as ready-to-ship?
Yes. Every Imperium cover carries the same 3-year warranty with flat coverage — never pro-rated.
Can I return a custom cover?
Custom covers are built to your confirmed specs, so they’re non-returnable except where the cover arrives defective or doesn’t match the specs we confirmed — your rights for faulty or incorrect goods still apply. That’s exactly why the written confirmation step exists.
What if my spa is actually a standard size?
