Which hot tubs use an 84″ × 84″ cover?
84″ × 84″ (7′ × 7′) is the most common footprint in the industry. According to their manufacturers’ current spec pages, these popular models measure 84″ × 84″:
- Jacuzzi: J-235, J-245, J-335, and 2026 J-345 models*
- Hot Spring: Flair and Flash (Limelight), Rhythm and Relay (Hot Spot)
- Caldera: Vanto (Vacanza series)
- Hydropool: Signature 679
- Master Spas: Twilight TS 7.2 and TS 7.25, Clarity Balance 7 and Precision 7
*Jacuzzi changed the J-345’s footprint for model-year 2026 — earlier J-345s measure 84″ × 91″ and need a different cover, so measure first if yours is older.

The 4″ radius fits most square-cornered spas. The 10″ radius fits spas with more rounded corners (common on Hot Spring Highlife models and some Sundance series).
