84″ x 91″ Is a Rectangular Size
Not every spa is square. The 84″ x 91″ size fits rectangular spas, where one side runs about seven inches longer than the other. Measure both sides outside-to-outside on the shell (not the old cover) and confirm which side is longer. See our measuring guide.
Which hot tubs use an 84″ × 91″ cover?
These models have a published footprint of 91″ × 84″ with rounded corners of about 11″, a close match for our stocked 10″ corner radius:
