How to Measure Your Jacuzzi Cover
For an accurate fit, you’ll need three measurements:
- Length × Width: Measure the outside-to-outside dimensions of your current cover (or the top edge of your spa, lip to lip).
- Corner Radius: Most Jacuzzi models use a 4-inch corner radius, but newer J-300 and J-400 models can use 7- to 10-inch radii. Place a carpenter’s square against one corner and measure the gap between the square and the curve.
- Skirt Length: Standard is 5 inches. Measure from the cover edge to where you want the skirt to end (the bottom of your spa shell or the deck/ground).
