High-density EPS foam wrapped in a heavy-duty vapour barrier, locking out moisture and the “waterlogged cover” failure entirely.

Marine-grade vinyl or DuraTex

30 oz marine-grade vinyl or DuraTex

A UV- and mildew-resistant exterior built to take sun, snow, and ice without cracking or fading, with double-stitched, reinforced seams. Available in marine-grade vinyl or 1000D DuraTex fabric.

Locking safety straps

Four locking safety straps

Full locking hardware to secure the cover, support safety, and shrug off wind lift. Standard, not an upgrade.

Reinforced lift handles

Reinforced lift handles

Integrated handles on both sides plus a full-perimeter skirt that seals the shell edge and shields the acrylic lip from UV.

How do I know which size to order?+
Measure your existing cover, or the top edge of your spa, outside-to-outside for length and width, then measure the corner radius. Our measuring guide walks you through it in 15 minutes. If you’re unsure, choose a custom cover instead: our team confirms every measurement with you before production.
How fast will it ship?+
Ready-to-ship covers leave our Ontario facility in 10-12 business days. Transit depends on your region: 2-4 days in Southern Ontario and Quebec, 5-9 days for Western Canada, 6-10 days for Atlantic Canada.
What if it doesn’t fit?+
Ready-to-ship covers can be returned within 14 days if unused. If you’re unsure about sizing, request a custom cover instead, we confirm your measurements with you in writing before building it.
Do you really include everything in the price?+
